Telegram bot (@lemirs_bot): If you contact us via our Telegram bot, we collect your Telegram display name, username (if set), and the content of messages you send. This information is stored securely and used solely to respond to your enquiry. Your Telegram user ID may also be recorded to facilitate the reply.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. This service may collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type, and geographic region. Google Analytics is loaded only if you consent via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

We do not use any other tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Data Storage and Retention

Contact form and Telegram bot submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties except as required by law.
